Pros (+) Our room was large, clean, and quiet. Not elegant or romantic but spartan economical functional. Bed was cozy.
Cons (-) 2nd floor walk up. Besides that, it was great. Maybe there is an elevator we didn't see but we weren't feeling that lazy.

Pros (+) The space was perfect for our last night in Iceland. We hit some bumps in the road with previous lodging on our trip, which is to be expected; however, it was quite relieving to walk into Bergas Guesthouse and be greeted with a friendly face and such attention to detail.
