Pros (+) Clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant. Bathroom was spotless clean.
Cons (-) They did not speak a word of English so trying to communicate was very hard, room was tiny, hardly enough room to walk much less turn around. Thought for what I paid the rooms could be a bit bigger.

Pros (+) Close to Anamori-iinari station, just a few minutes from Haneda
Cons (-) Check-in was poor - repeatedly and aggressively demanded ID even though I'm Japan-resident (the law changed 12 years ago!)

Pros (+) Very helpful staff. Very close to Railway station. Just 2 stops to Airport . They even offered free shuttle to the airport. Nice quiet residential street

Pros (+) I arrived at haneda airport around 10 pm and had to stay near the airport. Just two stops away from haneda airport by keikyu line and so close to the station(anamoriinari station) only 2 mins by walk. room was small but good for solo travelers. And staff were so friendly.
