Pros (+) Many things was very good except the guy on the front door is very rude and need education y learn what’s the word hospitality mean and especially with costumer so he see me so angry and he think I don’t got a room and for his information I was renting 2 rooms same night i ask him if he need me cancel my reservation or something

Pros (+) Reasonably priced (for New York), very clean, great hot breakfast and awesome views of the New York skyline. Rooms have a small kitchen. Only one stop on the Path (subway) or ferry to Manhattan
Cons (-) Stayed here twice and both times my room was right above a light rail stop. The trains were noisy all night. Ear plugs helped.
