Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to restaurants, markets, and tourist attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness, honesty, and helpfulness, making guests feel welcome and safe. However, opinions on cleanliness and value for price were mixed, with some guests finding rooms not as clean as expected or not matching the photos, and a few mentioning the hotel could use some refurbishment. Bed comfort was a notable negative for some, and a few guests found the rooms small, old, or lacking windows. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and warm service, especially for budget travelers.
