Pros (+) The security personal are very pleasant and truly seem to care about the guests. Too bad the management doesn't have the same approach!
Cons (-) Booked 2 nights at Hong Vina Luxury due to the great reviews read. Upon arrival they took us for a walk two blocks away to a different hotel called Thai Binh hotel which they claimed will give us a "view". The room was on the 3rd floor facing buildings.
