Pros: It’s clean and very quiet, a very good place to relax and enjoy the natural view through the big see through window and sliding doors.

Cons: It would benefit to have some lace curtains to complement some privacy

Pros: Staff and owners are very friendly

Pros: Everything was on point it was a great environment to be with the young one really enjoyed our stay it was really homely. Despite water shortages there was always water and electricity.

Pros: The views were stanic. Will surely visit again

Pros: The staff are always very accommodating and friendly. My needs have always been met when staying here. The community is safe and secure.

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean and tidy. COVID-19 regulations were met to a high standard which was reassuring. The area is nice and secluded but very safe. Breakfast was good, though the cooked breakfast could be slightly bigger. Staff were respectful and polite. Overall a very good and peaceful stay. Number 23 is a little gem and absolutely loved it.

Pros: Lovely and very helpful staff. Had a great time. We had dinner prepared for us in the evening and it was lovely. The staff is absolutely lovely and so helpful, with everything from pickup, diet requests and what ever we were asking about. I definitely recommend it and I will come back next time I’m in Harare

Pros: Well run establishment, safe and comfortable. The kitchen prepared a wonderful evening meal and breakfast.

Cons: The diesel genset running noise and smell was inconvenient. Appreciate the issue regarding the lack of grid suppply, but there are cleaner, cheaper alternatives to dirty gensets ? Every thing else is 100%

Pros: The property is absolutely gorgeous, with lush, fresh, blooming gardens; and beautifully furnished rooms. Everyone - Owners and Staff are warm, kind and attentive. This place is even more amazing when you take into account the current situation in Zimbabwe. The owners and staff work really hard to keep this place running at this high standard.

Cons: They gave someone else my room key by mistake and that person just walked in. The staff forgot that they moved me to a new room because on my arrival my room was not ready. No apologies from the person that did it. It was very embarrassing.

Pros: Very well maintained. The hotel was built while I was in primary school. I had my fair well party there in 2000 when l left for the UK, to go back after 20 years and have such a lovely stay was a moment of pride.

Pros: Breakfast spread was great and the staffs were ever ready to help out. The renovation work is taking a great toll on the general experience of the facilities... Apart from the renovation work, the location and street view from the room was great. The Duty Manager was always so kind and helpful. The renovation is currently at 70% completed.

Pros: For $176 a night ...you would expect top notch...the food everything's oily , what about rice grains not cooked properly , the fruits were stale ...not sweet but sour especially the watermelon and oranges.. The rooms , the pillows were jus too fluffy and nothing like it sed on advertised internet.. Also not much lighting ... nwae we had to move to another hotel...

Pros: Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Exceptional customer service and friendly helpful staff always. Love the breakfast too, wide variety of food to choose from.

Cons: Ordered room service on the first day and when my breakfast was delivered it was cold. The next day had to resort to going down to the restaurant and i thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Wish i could have enjoyed it in the comfort of my room though as i prefer to watch the early morning news whilst eating my breakfast.

Pros: Great hotel. Upgraded to an executive room after staff member Amanda realised that we were there for a birthday. Staff brought a food hamper for the birthday celebration. Located in central Harare. Free & secure parking. Breakfast buffet was amazing save for the bacon that was a bit on the hard side. WiFi on the day was not working but I fully understand. Great hotel nevertheless. Cannot mention Amanda enough. Amazing staff member. Got a free Herald newspaper in the morning but I didn't read it. I don't read rubbish.

Cons: When i arrived to check in i had to wait for a long period to be assisted,some people came after me and were helped and when my turn came,the lady on the reception who did my check in could not find my reservation and started to ask me lots of questions before she called someone who confirmed her about the reservation,the still water in the fridge was frozen 🤷🏾‍♂️,we had only two towels in the bathroom,no further Toiletries where in the room such as toothpaste and toothbrush.No welcome amenities provided in the room which i believe adds a special touch.I am writing this not to critise but most of hotels in our country has lost value and service is deteriorating.Mostly likely i would not stay again would rather book through airbnb

Cons: Service was bad. The floors were loose like it was about to collapse and the blanket was stuffy. No duvets. Out of the 3 staff members I interacted with, only one was nice. The other one was rude and the third completely ignored us.

Pros: I only went to Harare to turn in application to renew my American passport. Simba was the only place to stay nearby. Staff was very good, even making me some meals, though they didn't have to. Shopping nearby, at Westgate, groceries and such. This was during the Pandemic. Shops all closed at 3:00.

Cons: Well, for what I paid, not much. Could have used a mirror in the room, to use to shave.

Pros: No breakfast was served. As for the location, there is less privacy

Cons: Not getting breakfast, some staff not very receptive, Mattress not clean.

Pros: I got frustrated that I've nothing good to like about this place. Though the staff is quite friendly and are a pleasure.

Cons: There was no hot water. There's no soap, towels and I was given a small roll of tissuepaper. I felt cheated after paying USD $40 for the night.
