Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently compliment the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, tranquil environment, and convenient location. Many appreciate the quality of breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several reviews mention that the hotel and its bathrooms are dated and in need of renovation, with recurring maintenance issues such as leaking showers and poor air conditioning. Some guests also note slow service in the restaurant, limited food options, and that certain amenities like the gym and parking could be improved. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positive, especially due to the staff and atmosphere.
