Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso, Hammamet

Cleaners were super friendly and professional Beach was clean and sea crystal clear Good approach to the city center

We approached the hotel before our trip to let them know that we will arrive early in the morning and we were told that the hotel will take care of us, no problem. When we arrived at 6am, the receptionist demanded that we pay an extra night. When we approached the relationship manager, she treated us really down because apparently everyone knows that if you arrive early, you have to pay an extra night. We explained that we talked to the staff online and they did not mention that and she just said that, well, everyone knows so no need to tell us. After complaining that we got 2 single bed instead of 1 double bed, they upgraded us to a room on the basement with swimming pool view We approached Radisson online to let them know of how we were treated but there was zero response. Also, every morning we had to ask for a table to be set up for our breakfast, there were massive queues for everything in the serving area and the staff were endlessly arguing between themselves, totally oblivious that they were disturbing the guests. Also the wait for coffee was ridiculously long. On a number of occasions there were no towels at the beach and one day we did not get any the entire day. The staff would just say it is the management's fault and keep chilling. We have definitely not received the level of service that we did elsewhere while staying at Radisson.
