Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent and convenient location, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and a generally run-down appearance. Service is often described as unhelpful or lacking, with several complaints about staff attitude and limited reception hours. Room size receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms spacious and others disappointed. Bed comfort is frequently criticized, with mentions of old or uncomfortable mattresses.
