Pros (+) It was in a good location near restaurants and about 10 minutes away from the grapevine mills mall. The pool was very clean and the room was clean.

Cons (-) In 4 days I needed to request new room keys 6 times. The shower faucet handle broke in half when I tried to use it. They did not have a bottle-opener to lend, (which is annoying but not a deal-killer), but when asked they suggested I go to the Wal-Mart to get one. But there was a convenience store across the street that had some. Overall they were clueless/indifferent.
Pros (+) Convenient location with access to the airport, free (albeit small) breakfast, very quiet, kind and professional staff.
Cons (-) Overpriced for what it was, very poor water pressure in the shower, poor availability of hot water, slightly run down, bed was far too firm.
