Most guests were highly satisfied with the hotel, especially highlighting the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, and the spaciousness of the accommodations. Many appreciated room upgrades, good breakfast variety, and the convenient location close to the beach and local attractions. Some reviews also noted the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful gardens. However, there were a few negative remarks about the quality of food, outdated rooms in some cases, and occasional noise or management issues, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience for most guests.
