Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to shopping areas, the bus terminal, and central attractions. Many reviewers also highlight the friendly and attentive service, particularly at the reception. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the breakfast area and rooms, as well as the limited and poorly maintained breakfast options. The elevators are frequently criticized for being slow, small, or malfunctioning, leading to long wait times. Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, cleanliness, breakfast quality, and elevator issues are common concerns.
