Pros (+) We wanted to break up a 7 hour trip because we have a little one. We decided to stay at this hotel because of its amenities. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very clean and quiet, and the pool was great and we loved the kids section. We will most certainly be staying here again!
Pros (+) Was a very nice place for us as a couple but would be good for families too. Central location makes it a very convenient to go anyplace in Glenwood and outside of the town. We were upgraded to a very lovely room which was a surprise. Our room was large with a whirlpool tub and quite comfortable.
Cons (-) My only complaint it their free breakfast. It is very lacking in choices. We often stay in a Hampton Inn in Gallup New Mexico on our way to my son's him in AZ where their free breakfast buffet includes several hot choices, like potatoes, eggs, sausage, bacon, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, along with a variety of fresh pastries, toast, bagels, and English muffins. Pros (+) Conveniently close to the town attractions. An indoor waterpark at the hotel. And complimentary breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff.
Pros (+) From the moment we checked in we noticed something special about the Hotel Glenwood Springs - amazing customer service. From the front desk staff to housekeeping, we found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Our room was great and the water park was perfect for our 8-year-old son. We loved how dog friendly the hotel was and it was great to have "all" of our family together.
Pros (+) Service, rooms, pool was excellent, breakfast, location, so friendly to our dog
Cons (-) Bedding was OK, but not great. Asked for more pillows and were provided instantly.
Pros (+) Great service, perfect for a family of four. We will definitely go back.
