Pros (+) I was traveling with a large group of adults and kids ages 16-8. We knew we would be ariving late, so I called ahead to confirm we were coming. When we checked-in (around 1 am), the staff made sure had enough towels and blankets without us having to even ask for them.
Cons (-) We had three rooms, all non-smoking. One of the three rooms smelled of old smoke. I don't think anyone had smoked in there in the last few weeks, but the odor was noticeable. The other two rooms were fine.
