Location was a 5 minute drive from the main Fort William area. Staff was mostly nice. Breakfast room staff wasn't particularly friendly. Friend desk very friendly. Shower was good, strong an hot. Beautiful views of the water. Nice deck off the room looking at the water. Disliked · Hotel is like a Hampton Inn. Bed was low end/worn and uncomfortable. Breakfast was below diner quality. No good croiss...

Pros (+) Beautiful location. Staff was either warm or cold- some lovely and some bordering on rude. Midges and windows without screens kept us roasting in a stuffy room on a cool night.
