Pros (+) Our room was amazing. Clean, comfortable and felt like our own apartment. Once we found the location it was perfect. (It's hidden down an alley from Piazza Vecchio). Staff was also great.
Cons (-) The hotel DOES NOT have parking, despite it being marked as as so. Ask them in advance where to park. If possible, don't bring a car at all!

Pros (+) Location is amazing. Staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. Hotel, room and bathroom are super clean. Linens and towels are high quality, clean and fresh. Bed is super comfy. Amazing experience. Will do it again if I make it back to Florence.
Cons (-) WiFi Connection kept kicking me off but I was able to reconnect every time.
