Staff at pickup was excellent. Car (Camry) was even better than we expected.Cons:
Price was high, but we know that there is a shortage of cars available. Person at check-in didn't visually check out the card or give us a "clean bill of health" until we asked.10.0 Wonderful

The employee we had contact with was outgoing, kind and friendly.Cons:
They didn’t have the car we actually booked (it was being given to another customer as I arrived) so we were switched to something similar. We were up sold on insurance coverage after being told that the Allianz policy offered online didn’t really cover anything. If we wanted to leave on Sunday there were really limited hours (12p-3p, leaving us to rent the car another day to eliminate the hassle/give us the freedom to leave when we wanted). The option to pay with my credit card online didn’t work causing some confusion before picking up the car.6.0 Okay

Cons:
It was different location instead of airport location. When I booked I mentioned about BNA but location was near university area. I had to take public bus to get there in 1 and half hours.
