Staff were pleasant.
The lifts were unreliable. I had elderly people with me, they were not able for the escalator. Not able to get a table for dinner prior to the theatre.
Was right beside the 3 arena and best of all after having a bad meal in the hotel you find out Eddie rockets is next door lovely
Got room service which was a steak and chips the ribeye steak which was 28 euros you would not have given it to a dog incase it chocked on the grissle running through it . The reception staff dont say good morning are even speak to you . Breakfast was cold and we had to queue to get a seat .a Guinness and half pint off shandy was 9.60 the next time it was 10.30 the next it was 10.60. The car park for 2 nights was 42.50 euros after paying 417 euros for 2 nights you would think they could waver your parking
Breakfast area was chaotic. I admit that a lot was going on that weekend but could be organised better.
Location was excellent especially to all forms of transport we needed to make our time in Dublin easier All Staff were very pleasant & helpful, Reception and Breakfast staff especially Breakfast Menu choice was amazing
Room was so hot, we complained many times and it wasn't fixed, we were given free breakfasts which was good of the hotel but it was very uncomfortable, we had window open all night while Storm Kiera was happening to help with the heat. Sunday breakfast was a huge queue, we waited half an hour to be seated while empty tables were available but not cleaned, there wasn't enough staff, we felt sorry for the ones working they were so lovely while very stressed and very apologetic Monday's breakfast changed to finish time 10.30 from 11am we weren't told and missed it!
The relaxation room Clean Modern Honey Near tram Parking WiFi
- No flowers in room, some did other didnt not the same - Was two single beds pushed together rather that a real double bed - I think breakfast should have been included in the price - free parking if hotel guest would have been perfect - staff know about the public transport services, brief all staff - plug sockets should have usb connections as standard - more water in room - sitcom did not work properly - towel ring nearbtge sink to easily dry hands - the removable show head holder could not take the weight of the shower head so always pointed down yiubhad to hold - the plugs in the foot spa did not work - maybe more variety in food menu. Same everyday. - some staff excellent, others sour face
