The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bar staff went above and beyond when we checked in late.

Huge bedroom and bathroom with views over to heuston station and the Guinness distillery.
Breakfast was a little bit of a shambles as our room service order wasn’t taken and took three attempts to have everything we asked for sent up but it was sorted in the end.

Good selection at breakfast, but as with all buffets, food could be hotter. Great hotel bar, plenty of atmosphere, unlike other hotels. Lovely room with comfortable bed and nice street view (room 455)
Bathroom could do with updating, walk in shower would be an improvement
