Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, with many mentioning helpful and friendly staff, particularly at reception and housekeeping. The location is frequently praised for its convenience and accessibility. Breakfast is noted as a positive aspect by several guests. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, with some guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and furniture. Noise from the nightclub and slow service were also mentioned as negatives. Overall, while service and location stand out as strengths, cleanliness and noise levels need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
