The location was good, but we prepaid for a room with a marina view and a balcony and were given a room with no balcony. When we returned to the front desk once we saw there was no balcony they told us no rooms that we prepaid for were available. The only options available were either no balcony or a street view. Cons (-) Swim pool might be larger. My loyalty card wasn’t recognized and I lost my points. Prices in SPA center might be less (approx 150 USD for 60 min massage is too high).
