Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The service, especially from the reception and management, is frequently described as friendly, professional, and accommodating. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Some reviews also note that the hotel is old and could benefit from renovations, and a few mention issues with room size and amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with staff and location stand out.
