Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfast options. Many reviews highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall value for money. However, a significant number of guests complain about high noise levels due to thin walls, creaky floors, and noisy beds, which can disrupt sleep. Some mention issues with heating, hot water, and outdated bathrooms, but overall, the positives of service, location, and breakfast stand out.
