Pros:Very good buffet breakfast was included
Cons:This hotel is very old and sparse but clean. Could use updating current for charging electronic items or for international travellers.
Pros:Beautiful hotel from the Art Deco era.
Pros:It is something your parents would’ve thought really nice 50 years ago. Make it 75 years ago. Although the Art deco Decour appears original it has been well-maintained.
Cons:It is a prime candidate for a major redo and have shiny 4 stars. There is a certain “aroma“ that shows it’s age.

Cons:Loud music until 3-4am from two neighboring night clubs! We were on the 5th floor with close windows and still couldn't sleep. Older receptions staff required paperwork. No other hotels asked me for one.
