Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the breakfast and the hotel's convenient location. However, many reviews mentioned issues with unfriendly or unhelpful front desk staff, as well as problems with cleanliness and maintenance in some rooms and common areas. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and spacious, others were disappointed by noise, poor service, and lack of attention to guest requests. Overall, the positive aspects were the breakfast and location, but service and cleanliness need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

There were ants crawling all over. The whole room vibrates giving us a headache
Pros (+) The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was nice too.
Pros (+) This hotel was clean and relatively new. The rooms were large enough for our overnight stay. The breakfast was good.
Cons (-) We had an issue with our air conditioner/heater. There was only one person on duty at the front desk and she was unable to resolve the issue. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to get a different room.
Pros (+) Quiet and clean room
Cons (-) Breakfast choices
