Hotel staff were very helpful. Without their help I could not have printed my boarding passes for my flight home. The hotel is clean and bright: very modern rooms inside an old palace. The hotel is located near a semi-industrial area that should be avoided at night because of the drug selling and other activities. - The room was really big, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. - The location was not very good. Despite that it was relatively close to the old town city centre, it was located won a street full of shady people and prostitutes 😕

Pros (+) The hotel looks very new, nice lobby and remodeled rooms and bathrooms. The room was very small, the location was great, as long as you walk left when you get out of the hotel (if you go right you'll find lots of hookers, waiting, sitting on plastic chairs, i'm not joking). Great restaurants within 1 block, friendly staff.
