Pros (+) Amazing location walking distance from the harbor with many shops and restaurants within the same complex. Luxurious and modern rooms without feeling pretentious.
Cons (-) Breakfast service was $20 and most of the buffet choices were unappetizing; the omelettes and French toast prepared on request by the chef were pretty good but overall there are likely better options around Cairns. The pool was really nice but closed unusually at 8pm.

Pros (+) We wanted to be able to relax and unwind at our first destination in Australia, this was definitely the place, the pool was very relaxing and the sunrise on the marina side was breathtaking. They had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. They also had complementary champagne and chocolates upon arrival.
