Most guests had negative experiences, especially with service, citing issues such as lack of staff availability, problems with room access, and poor response to complaints. Cleanliness was also a concern in several reviews, with reports of dirty rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast availability and quality disappointed many, particularly due to limited serving times or lack of breakfast on weekends. However, some guests appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, and a few found them clean and comfortable.
