Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, often highlighting its proximity to attractions, beaches, and the old town. Many found the breakfast varied and enjoyable, and several appreciated the friendliness of the reception staff. However, there were repeated complaints about slow or unhelpful service, especially outside the reception, as well as issues with cleanliness, air conditioning, and amenities such as the lack of elevators or noisy rooms. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, service and facility shortcomings affected some guests' experiences.
