The bed was not the most comfortable Doors aren't very soundproof so hear almost all noise from the hallway
Room had bad smell, had a problem with humidity and service specially at the reception was HORRIBLE!
Pros (+) great location. great shopping within walking distance. The front desk was very helpful with reservations and the rooms were spacious. The bed was heavenly
Pros (+) Perfect for business trip. Boutique and personalized service! Great bootcamp gym with personal training at a low cost! Rooftop bar is perfect for a drink after a long workday (open Wed-Sat). Viviana (manager) has a great team and has made a difference with the customer service offered to their guests!

Pros (+) Excellent service, clean, accessible and value for the money. I love their beds, linens, rain shower heads and modern design. the emplyees are friends, professional and always able to assist.
Cons (-) They need to improve the street noise situation, even though they are in what would normally be a quiet part of the city. There is a bar upstairs and restaurant downstairs. The music and guests are loud, and such nosie travels through their thin, drywall and glass windows. I suggest looking into double-pane windows to control noise.
