Pros (+) Parking is easily available. Not a bad price for the area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are nearby. Conveniently located if you want to go into DC. The staff was very courteous and polite.
Cons (-) The TV resolution was pretty fuzzy on all channels. The toilet took three or more flushes to empty the bowl. Much of the tile and carpet in the building weren’t dirty, per se, but look aged and stained. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you just need somewhere to crash in between seeing the sites, but definitely not somewhere I’d recommend for a romantic getaway.

Pros (+) Great value as a whole. Complete with small breakfast in the morning.
Cons (-) Don't expect much. Price is exactly what you should think. Staff was a little less than helpful late at night.

Cons (-) Dingy & worn down. Mattress was shot. Got in late so only slept then checked out next day.
