Cons: It is very cold in the rooms! The windows don't close tight, which is why cold air comes into the room. Also, one of the rooms had a bloated wall, which usually happens when the roof leaks.

Pros: Helpful staff. When I reported an energetically leaking pipe in the bathroom the person from reception was up with a bottle to change regularly overnight until they could round someone up to fix it. ...

Cons: View of a wall and window above open kitchen which started making smoothies at 7am. 'Sunbathing' area a place where the sun reached at midday only. Soulless all round.

Pros: Central location, value and hot shower. Staff were nice.

Cons: Water was turned off when we checked in. Had to turn it on ourselves and it took a few minutes for water to change from brown to normal.

Pros: Staff very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to store our suitcases when we went on an overnight your to Colca Canyon. Lovely hot showers. Breakfast with eggs, bread, jams, olives ...

Cons: The hostel is a bit run down but for the price, it represents good value. Some mold issues.
