Pros (+) Except the location, nothing else is good here.
Cons (-) The room was not clean. Bathroom stinks & shower head had green hardened moss on it. I did not even take a shower. They said that they do not keep bathrobes (3 star category ???). Reception staff was rude & nor did they care to smile ... forget the courtesy !! Bedsheets & pillow covers had black stains !! I checked out in just 3 hours and got another room at The Crowne Plaza !!
