Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. The staff receives high marks for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing greatly to guest satisfaction. Breakfast, especially on the rooftop terrace, is frequently highlighted as a standout feature, with many enjoying the variety and quality. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds are also appreciated by many guests. However, some guests mention issues with noise, particularly due to the central location and rooftop activities, and a few note that some rooms and facilities are dated or in need of maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews
