Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and many found the location convenient, especially for ferry access and local attractions. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, noting dirty carpets, worn furniture, and bathrooms in need of attention. While some guests enjoyed the food and amenities, others felt the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, the positive service and location stood out, but cleanliness and maintenance require improvement.
