We loved the room decor. It was beautiful and very tasteful. The room was big and clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and they even let us check in early. The location was great, a 2 minute walk to the bus station that took us directly to Venice in about 20-30 minutes. Breakfast was fine, even better if you're not vegan I guess, since they did have many sweet options. I asked for soy milk and if they had any vegan sweets and I was brought the milk and some vegan and gluten free granola. Would stay here again.
The staff at breakfast could have been nicer about the whole vegan thing but it wasn't a problem and they weren't rude or anything, just a smile wouldn't hurt. The shower in the bathroom didn't have a door, it's not that it was missing, it just didn't have one so when you showered it was next to impossible not to create a puddle of water next to the shower, which, by the way, didn't have the best water pressure. The hot water wasn't hot either, more like warm.
