Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and comfortable beds. The breakfast is frequently described as diverse and enjoyable. Many guests highlight the friendly and attentive staff, though some mention inconsistent service, especially at reception and in the restaurant. A few reviews note issues with room maintenance, air conditioning, and noise from renovations. Overall, the hotel is seen as well-equipped and relaxing, but some guests feel the value for price could be improved and that service details need more attention for a true five-star experience.
