Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel with even better staff. Location is the best in Tel Aviv.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Being met by friendly and attentive staff. And when you have been there Before it’s a kind of “home-coming” meeting the same staff as half a year Ago. Proof of a good working environment. Flexibility, high service level and Great happy hour!
Cons: Uh ... difficult... actually leaving the hotel to go home. Honestly - we have no complaints- that’s why we keep coming back to Rotchild 71!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice pleace, friendly staff, very good location. I recomend to all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stayed here several times over the years. Great location, large and comfortable rooms and great staff.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome.
Cons: No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!

Pros: Great location, clean, service attentive and helpful, room was very nice. We were there during Corona times, so it was also relatively cheap and very quiet. Parking on site with no charging was also a great benefit.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room and the service
Cons: I like everything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was as helpful and friendly as could be. Room was beautiful and when windows were shut it was super quiet at night. To me a noisy hotel at night can ruin a vacation. But at the Norman they do everything right
Cons: I had to think hard to come up with a complaint and it’s really a silly one - but they used linen sheets and pillowcases. I find cotton more comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What an amazing hotel. It has such a great vibe. The staff are all very nice. The food is excellent. The room is very nice. The art that is hanging all through the hotel is really nice. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I know.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location!!! Close to major streets and yet also close to lovely residential area! Great place from which to walk around and easy to get a cab!
Cons: Little bit noisy at night!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was really impressed by the staff, they were very very helpful with all our requests. They recommended us city tours, we found toghether the best options for us, they helped us purchase bus tickets for Eilat, everybody speaks very good English. The room was very nice and clean; and the hotel is very well located - between Carmel Market, Levinsky Market and Rothchild Boulevard. Was an excelent choice, we loved our stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms are nice, efficient layout, good beds. Showers could be better ... water runs into the bath. Breakfast is very versatile, great capuchinos and fresh orange juice. The front desk helps out for any tourist activities.
Cons: Check-out process was the only major minus point. The lady had problems charging the credit card and we nearly missed our tour. It took 20 min. till the manger arrived for closing the bill.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Delightful stay. Ideal location. Highly helpful staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really very pleasant staff, extremely helpful. The hotel is completely renovated, but with a classic feel. Breakfast is great. Not cheap but definitely worth the money !
Cons: As a boutique hotel it is very small of course. Dont expect hotel entertainment...

Good 7.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: There was no staff and/or cleaning due to the lockdown; and no alternatives were suggested by the hotel. n
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything, it was an amazing experience
Cons: The check-in experience wasn't so good
Okay 5.0
Pros: So the stuff was amazing, the room was so clean! always new sheets and all bed stuffing, also the towels where always clean which is amazing! thanks for that ! also i liked that every morning they added some coffee to the coffee machine which was wonderful !
Cons: So 1. The bed was so small! i am 189 cm and pretty wide so the bed was small even for me, and when my girlfriends joined me it was hilarious, i don't know who we didn't fell from the bed! 2. the whole room was tiny i actually could enter the bathroom while standing straight i need to turn a bit my shoulders. 3. The breakfast was tasty but so small i genially don't think that if you average person you can be satisfy your hunger by it. (i don't talk about persons of my complex and size). 4. The light in the room was dim and not that strong.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Small boutique hotel in marvellous residential location
Cons: Convenient location and room size
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We liked the location. the fact that we had breakfast in the hotel. very cozy and quiet room. The location is beautiful.
Cons: Because this is a covid19 era. I would like to have a VOD in the room.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.

Pros: The design of the room was fantastic, it was nice and cozy. Everything what we needed was in the room. The hotel is located a minute walk from Rothschild boulevard.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: There were huge roaches in my room
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff and clean hotel.
Cons: The location mainly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, decor, amenities and bar downstairs. It probably has the best cocktail bar in all of Tel Aviv. It's chill and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. It looks like it was fully renovated not too long ago!
Cons: No complaints - truly a great, lesser known hotel. Just keep it a secret so it doesn't get expensive!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Small store just a minute walk from hotel.
Cons: For some reason the room service couldn’t provide wine bottle opener.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I have stayed in this hotel a few times already. The staff is great, friendly and eager to help with everything. The room had a great view, it was very clean and big, the bed was really comfortable. You can also enjoy a quiet environment when you want to rest and get some sleep. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close walking distance to the city centre (5mins), also close to many restaurants. Very good breakfast and the restaurant is open for dinner every night with good quality food. Very good value for money. Definitely my favourite hotel!
Cons: Everything was excellent!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Excellent location close to the city centre, very clean and comfortable room, quiet room with nice view, very good breakfast with great variety of foods, staff is always friendly and eager to help. Hotel restaurant has good quality food. I stayed 2 weeks this time and my wife visited me for the weekend. Hotel manager was very kind to find us a room on the 10th floor which had an excellent view of the city! Thank you for the great service! Congratulations to the team!
Cons: Nothing, everything was above expectations!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Excellent location for my business, very clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff, good quality breakfast with lots of options available, nice restaurant with good food and relaxing atmosphere. Very close to city center for a walk and other restaurants/bars. The hotel cares for its customers and their opinion and that matters a lot. Not many hotels do that. Well done to the team!
Cons: Variety of food available in restaurant for dinner could be improved, but not a major concern.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Excellent location for my business, very clean room, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, good quality breakfast and restaurant food. Very close to city center for a walk and other restaurants/bars.
Cons: Variety of food available in restaurant could be improved, but not a major concern.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Nice and comfortable room, nice view, quiet in the night, very good breakfast, polite and friendly staff, hotel very close to city centre. Highly recommended for business travelers, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Tel Aviv.
Cons: I don't think there is anything to be improved, only thing I would say is the range of food available if I need to say something.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: One of the few hotels in the center of Tel Aviv that has a very large apartment-like room. Great facilities, kitchen, giant living room area, bedroom, bath. The Israeli art on every floor is like staying at a modern museum. The location is excellent in every direction, steps away from small markets, great restaurants and eateries as well as from the best deli in Tel Aviv (Delicatessen) and the famous promenade Rothschild which is near everything and leads everywhere. Very close to the Carmel Market and many buses. Parking underneath the Hotel with elevator leading to rooms.
Cons: Could use a bigger refrigerator (there is room) and the coffee table is a bit hazardous. The addition of a kitchen towel would make it perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the room was spectacular it was very cozy and comfortable the staff was kind and helpful close to the center and restaurants will come back again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The customer service was incredible!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Kitchen should have more tools(plates, glasses, forks etc.)
Cons: Location, quiet
Excellent 9.2
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.
Cons: The hotel is not in central, downtown Tel Aviv, but it is a walk-able distance (2 km or less, I think). For us, we had to walk about 20 minutes to get downtown. The positive part about the location is that it's in a quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Decor was funky, fun, and artsy.
Cons: Our room was a bit in need of a makeover. Everything worked and it was in good condition but it was a little worn. Other rooms sound like they were better though.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was very comfortable
Cons: It's 20 kilometers from the airport and not five or six is it written on booking.com
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean. Good facilities, including coffee at the lobby round o'clock. Proximity to Ben Gurion. Polite staff.
Cons: I booked the hotel due to its proximity and shuttle service to Ben Gurion airport. Due to the pandemic, however, the shuttle service has been stopped. The hotel conducts a credit card check even before the date when you can no longer cancel the reservation for free. Which in my case meant that the credit card company effectively preemptively reserved this amount in advance, although I stated I would pay upon arrival.
Good 6.0
Pros: Except billing everything i like
Cons: Hi ,I stayed a day at your hotel on the 20th of December. At the time of my check-in the receptionist told me to pay the cash again. I told her that i had already paid from the card through online. Then she said the money is not debitted from your card, they have just blocked the money. Then i paid the money there by cash . The money you blocked has not been credited back to my account for so long. What should i do for get back my money? Thank you🙂
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Outstanding customer service by the front desk personnel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is excellent for traveling by air, really close to the airport and appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport

Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and great refreshment bar.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Excellent 10.0
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was great. The room was large, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The shower needs some serious cleaning. It is really not that close to the airport. It is easily a 20-30 minute taxi ride which cost $50. There is nothing nearby so there is really not much to do or see if you have a few hours to kill.

Pros: Nice rooms, wonderful bathroom, everything working like a charm, very pleasant lobby, excellent breakfast. Completely unexpected quality. Underground garage.
Cons: Entrance somewhat hard to find.
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Close to Airport.

A very long way from parking to hotel which is on 3rd floor of mini mall. 5. Staff very rude, unhelpful and uncaring. 6. Mattress very soft and flimsy. 7. Hair found in shower upon arrival. 8. Toilet had not been flushed upon arrival.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: We took the largest room which was big and comfortable, there was no bath tub or facilities that made it feel like a suite other than the fact that it was a bigger room and there was a balcony.
Cons: Breakfast is not on the property (we didn’t take breakfast) however thankfully so. No bathtub, bathroom was small.
Good 7.5
Pros: The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of the city! This also means that it’s a bit noisy...
Cons: The internet was very poor, not enough bandwidth and signal. The tv is operated via internet so it didn’t work properly, the image was frozen frequently. When we raised it with the reception they told us to come downstairs and use the internet their.. which is not practical nor helpful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were particularly charming. Lovely sitting room facilities
Cons: The room was a little cold at night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice reception, nice location and fancy facilities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love the beverages available all day.... teas, fresh flavored water.
Cons: No breakfast or snacks..
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Next to the room there's "public" toilet and you can hear it from the room. Also, the staff is around there, early morning too (5am) and it woke me up a few times. Lastly, a huge amount of water flows out of the shower, flooding the bathroom.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Staff was super friendly. Hotel is clean and reliable.
Cons: Laundry cost was offensive. Room was fine. Not overly comfortable but fine. But an overall great value for money
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I LOVED this hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating - they made sure I was settled and attended to my every need. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with really cool design in the rooms - I wish my apartment looked like this! The location was also ideal, especially if you like walking around - it is about a 20-30 minute walk from the Jaffa port and a less than 10 minute walk from the shuk.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: A very nice and cozy hotel, with good facilities. It's located near Tel Aviv's main park and is surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. Highly recommended
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast
Cons: Personnel should be friendlier
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very well located, friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed our stay there and looking forward to come again.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The bad was excelent.
Cons: The hotel shows its age and does not look like well maintained.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast and coffee in the lounge
Cons: No desk in the room to work.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, the silence in the room, the lounge at the 9th floor
Cons: We decided to take 2 nights in this hotel because we used it 2 times before, and we were pleased by the services; but this time we were disappointed by the fact that we called in advence, to tell them about our arriving time in the evening ,and despite this, at 11 o' clock in th e night waits for us a freezing room w. a not working heating system. They tried to fix it, unsuccesfully and at 12 o' clock at night we had to pack our things and change the room.We told them that we have an appointment early in the morning for surgery. It was very unpleasant and disturbing.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much.
Cons: They intentionally lie about having parking...they don't. That was a criteria for which I wouldn't have otherwise chosen the hotel! They intentionally lie, and then try to justify it by saying there are paid parking lots nearby. *ANY* hotel in the world can claim that. It's a lie, and it's fraud. The towels are shredded and falling apart. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. The shower didn't drain properly, almost flooding the bathroom each time. They offered a certain credit, then tried to lie again when I went to check out by claiming they never made such an offer. Fortunately, I had it in writing and the desk agent chose to disobey a direct instruction from a manager and honor it. Never mind parking...there isn't even a place to pull up a car to stop and unload. I tried to park at the entrance to a nearby parking lot because I couldn't just stop and block traffic on the street, and I was subjected to a screaming verbal tirade from some person who came into the hotel. Don't stay here. Ever. For any reason.

Cons: No cleaning on 3rd day despite phone calls. Interrupting us at 3.30 pm on a Saturday afternoon
Okay 4.0
Cons: the tv remote channel button did not work .the fridge was worm .water didn'tl stop to spilling out of the shower. The handel of the closet fell on my foot.i mentioned those problems when i checked out .i am sure they would have give a other room i had mention it before but i still think these kind of thinga should not happen .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly welcome at the early morning!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is the seond time I stayed there and although I chose it again for a reason, it still exceeded my expectations. Set in a beautiful looking building, the rooms all have character and a unique style, while providing a high level of comfort and all modern facilities. Perfectly located in a very lively area, it is close to all tourist attractions as well as a variety of good quality bars and restaurants. Finally, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. A must visit place in Tel Aviv!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A charming hotel with extremely helpful staff in a fantastic part of Tel Aviv. We stayed in 2 different rooms and each was beautifully and uniquely decorated. The beds were super comfotable and the toiletries were divine. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach and had amazing shops and restaurants at our doorstep. All the staff we dealt with were really lovely and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Good 7.9
Pros: Bert good locatipn IF you like walking.
Okay 4.2
Pros: The location
Cons: The tv remote had no cover for the batteries so they kept falling out and not working properly. The toilet was not cleaned properly from previous guests. It had stains all the way down the front of the toilet. The towels were not white. Some were faded. Under the bed was dusty and not clean. There was no iron in my room. Had to call for the only one in the hotel. There was live singing until after 11pm on Sunday 26 May, which was very disturbing as I had a long day and needed to rest for the next work day. There was also no sign that there would be live singing until a certain time.
