Pros: Location is great, nearby beautiful parks and lake , tv tower , shops. Breakfast is tasty. Pleasant & friendly staff. Nice comfortable room

Pros: The Service was very good. In case of any questions staff tried to help. Everybody was very friendly. Room nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is with plenty of choice and very tasty. Would stay here again next time.

Cons: Everything was good. The only comment that the spa area could be a bit more cosy. Actually very nice pool area, but saunas are a bit far from pool. This is not a problem, but when we visited spa the floor was pretty cold to walk from pool to sauna and back.....but it is really a very small issue...

Pros: Breakfast is small but good, Rooms are OK, although standard room is little bit small. Location it is in center can reach any place very quickly. Facilities are not bad.

Cons: Bathroom not comfortable and old. BIG MINUS there is ICE Skiing zone in front of Hotel which works till Mid night, and sound from that place is very loud, can't let you rest well.

Pros: The live harp player at breakfast was a nice touch. Lots of choices at breakfast.

Cons: I believe a pair of earrings was taken from my belongings on the first day I was there. The food at breakfast was the same every day. An omelet bar or waffle station would be nice. To access the pool you have to walk outside the building and down the block to get to it. An inside access would be nice. The breakfast room is a solarium. It gets vary hot in there after the sun rises over the building next door. It was great when we ate at 7 a.m.

Pros: Beautiful rooms, good location, very helpful reception and hotel staff, I would stay here again.

Pros: Lovely hotel - almost like a services apartment. Big beautiful rooms. Beware of room 601 though, you have to walk up some stairs to get there and it might be difficult when they are short staffed and you have to haul your own luggage. This happened to us at the check out. It was a very comfortable stay and we didn’t have any problem as far as the rooms are concerned. We would stay there again.

Cons: Since we are vegetarian and we don’t speak Uzbek or Russian we had a bit of problem ordering our breakfast the first day. Second day onwards we learned the system. You need to pre order your breakfast right down to milk and hot water or else they will refuse to serve it to you the next morning. The hotel staff were very apologetic and helpful even though the cafe staff were not. Breakfast although nice was not a pleasant experience but the beautiful rooms and hotel made up for it.

Pros: Very spacious appartment designed in Uzbek style and pretty clean. We've got everything what is expected in place and the staff really put efforts in showing a good hospitality. Hotel is located just 2 min walk from metro station Hamid Olimjon which is just one station ride to the very center. Clearly, very good value for money and I rate the place 10/10.

Cons: The breakfast assortment was dull and the ATM machine in the hotel serves Visa cards only. I would say these are the main points for improvement.

Pros: A great hotel with friendly and professional staff who are multilingual and always willing to assist in any matters. The hotel is well presented and cleaned daily with a modern cafe downstairs and access to a full sized state of the art gym.

Cons: The air conditioner wasn’t working well for the first couple of nights, but was fixed when I asked. The toiletries and toilet paper were not always topped up. The cleanliness needs to be improved. The hotel is facing a large road, so you there’s loud traffic noise when opening the window. It’s not great value for money

Cons: Place really looked tired and needed some good upgrade. Previous time we have stayed in Miran, we were given much better room matching to expected 5 star standards. This time we got rundown unit with cracked tiles and filthy bath matt in the bathroom, no lights at the entrance of the room and no power adapter for their TV unit to get it switched on. Out of 3 person at the front desk only one really knew how to smile, the rest were forcefully mimicking attempt to grin. Sad, very sad to have so-called 5 star establishment at this condition. Above all aircon in the room is fixed to the temperature of their choice. We couldn't change it and had to sleep with open windows. Perhaps, that is their norm. I wish them only the best in their business, hopefully they will improve.

Kindhearted staff always is ready to help you. If you travel by car with friends wide parking is very useful.

Pros: The easy check-in and check-out. Staff are so friendly as they helped me with advices about the tour in the city as well as good recommendations about nearby restaurants and coffees. Their is a big and beautiful park right behind the hotel which is suitable for children and it has a big boats lake in the middle. There is an amazing outdoor restaurant on the right side of the hotel entrance.

Cons: The pillow were totally uncomfortable that I used the towels and I made them like pillows instead of the bed pillows. I strongly advise hotel management to replace the pillows with another comfortable once.
