Cons: Parking fee too expensive

Cons: Soundproofing could be better. Could clearly hear loud voices in the corridor at 4am!

Pros: Super clean. Nice bedfing. Close to center and train to go anywhere. I cannot think of a reason to stay anywhere else.

Cons: No coffee in room

Pros: Even though it is a bit expensive (like most hotels in Stuttgart), the rooms and breakfast were excellent. And great location near the Hauptbahnhof.

Pros: Pleasant and friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, own parking. Very close to city center and to shopping center.

Cons: Nothing really negative, but located on loaded street, you can hear emergency vehicles but not cars driving. And two single beds merged to make one big, not really a queen size bed.

Pros: Various subways around the hotel making it easy to move around. Breakfast is great maybe a bit expensive but there is no restrictions.

Cons: It is quite a steep staircase to get to the lobby if you come on foot. Did not notice the lift until much later in our stay.

Pros: The location was fantastic, the staff always courteous, cleaning service was outstanding and very considerate. The room was very comfortable, great bed mattress and a beautiful view over the park to the theater and opera houses.

Cons: Arriving in the middle of winter we would've appreciated a doorman to help getting the luggage from the taxi into the lobby. The breakfast selection was perfectly nice but we didn't find the price (26€ per person) justified.

Pros: This is my go-to hotel in Stuttgart. Situated steps from the main train station, the location is unbeatable. Parking is very easy, but you won't need the car since shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs are all in easy walking distance. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. You can't go wrong with a stay here!

Cons: We informed at check-in we would be parking a car. We ended up stuck in the garages exit. Had to go back to the front desk a second time, to arrange parking.

Cons: The wifi is a ridiculous joke -- very slow, drops constantly, and when I asked the front desk attendant for a room with good service, she put me in the room furthest from the server. I had to stand in the hallway to reconnect, repeatedly.

Cons: Their internet was broken the whole trip. For a business hotel this was unacceptable.

Cons: There was dust on the bedsides. Surprising. The lights for the headboard is right there, it should be cleaned more often. It was mediocre at best. I’ve seen better Park Inn’s

Cons: We booked and stayed at your hotel last weekend from saturday 07/03/20 until monday 09/03/20 for two nights. We were very much looking forward to staying at Radisson as we usually are used to Radisson's high standards. We were in fact very much dissapointed. As we arrived we parked briefly in front of the hotel, one of us went inside just to quickly check where we could park. There was a line of cars parked in front of the hotel with guests having the mostly the same question. Inside there was a queue of guest at the reception waiting to ask about parking info or checking in. There were three desks and just two were manned. Instead of working efficiently and keeping communication to a minimum, the young and friendly (trainee) receptionists were chit chatting and keeping guests waiting, we waited for 30 min. Recommendation; put a sign on your hotel entrance with parking instructions and train your young staff how to work and communicate effectively when busy. After parking and again standing in queue for check in at 15:00h we were told that our room 441 was not ready and cleaned yet due to understaff problems. We were promised a coffee to compensate the waiting, but as there was no extra staff we never had the coffee served. At 16:00h, one hour later we had to insist on a room, we were very stressed as we had a 600 km drive and needed a shower before our appointment in Stuttgart outside the hotel at 17:00h. The receptionist manager had a room available at that time, but instead of (for example) an upgrade to compensate the inconvenience were were placed in room 309 on a lower floor. As we entered the room (again very dissapointed) we noticed that the shower bar and shower head were broken, actually to "dangerous" to shower.  We went straight to reception to ask for a repair but the anwer was that there was no maintenance staff to repair it until monday morning (our time of departure).

Pros: The lobby was lovely with a dispenser of fruited water, and mulled wine!

Pros: Location is pretty good despite not center. In fact, is a good neighbour with local restaurants and bars. Definitely would stay here again next time. The rooms spacious and overall very conformable. Car park not included
