Pros (+) Clean, friendly, very conveniently located.
Cons (-) As an older structure, soundproofing was poor. Plumbing sounds from adjacent rooms very audible.

Pros (+) Parking was easy, room was mostly clean, breakfast was simple but ready, and view along the river was nice. I was on the 1st floor and not far off from lobby...a little noise in the morning (mid-week; non-holiday). I can imagine it's noisier on busier dates.
Cons (-) Front of the toilet bowl was not wiped clean and I saw stray hairs on the floor and countertop. Overall room was tidy, but these details were missed. Hot water on tub is reversed with cold...not a huge issue, but noted.
