We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. Our housekeeper really went the extra mile. For example, she refilled our ice bucket one day when she saw that our ice had melted. Love Marriott. ❤️

Pros (+) I have been to this resort many times over the past 8-10 years. It never disappoints me. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the facility is VERY nice. It feels like home to us and we are from the cold north. We love Puerto Vallarta and REALLY love the Marriott Casa Magna! We will be back again next year!

Pros (+) The location. Ocean views. Pool area.
Cons (-) The food could be better around the pool. Mikado was great as usual. The coffee shop could be better organized for order taking, paying. The bar is very nice and great atmosphere.
