We were upgraded to a suite which was incredible. Our housekeeper really went the extra mile. For example, she refilled our ice bucket one day when she saw that our ice had melted. Love Marriott. ❤️

Pros (+) The whole experience was amazing. Not only is the property beautiful and so relaxing, but the employees are friendly and very helpful.My husband and I do a lot of traveling and have stayed in all kinds/levels of accommodations all over the world. This has become our favorite place and we return just about every year. In fact,we have come so many times that they upgraded us to a suite this last tim...

Pros (+) I have been to this resort many times over the past 8-10 years. It never disappoints me. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the facility is VERY nice. It feels like home to us and we are from the cold north. We love Puerto Vallarta and REALLY love the Marriott Casa Magna! We will be back again next year!
