Pros (+) This hotel was amazing! Everything was new and super clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of options and the staff was very friendly. It was very reasonably priced especially for what was provided.

Cons (-) The hotel was under repair. The main lobby reeked of dust and chlorene. It just looked a bit worn (which I suppose is why their doing repairs).

While the hotel's proximity to 95 was great, the area and other hotels around it was very sketchy. There were also no restaurants in the vicinity. Cons (-) I got up at 4am to a large roach running around our floor. It creeped me out, as I'm terrified of them. There were also piles of crumbs between the bed and the nightstand. Overall the decor is mostly outdated and those two little details made it feel very dirty.
Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff. Super quiet night. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Zero complaints about anything.
