Pros:
Really kind staff, especially Natalia (reception desk). The hotel was really clean! Fantastic stay!

Pros:
The room was big and clean
Cons:
NOT a 5* hotel at all - more like 3* RUDE staff who made you feel uncomfortable. By far the most rude staff The worst value for money - again, the money paid for this ‘5*’ is a joke, the breakfast was awful (undercooked omelette) Rude staff, even on arrival we were offered an upgrade for £50 a night. But when we rejected, the receptionist grunted and walked off We saw champagne near reception and asked if we were allowed - the female receptionist snapped and said ‘for check in only’ Only one pool for main guests - the INFINITY POOL IN THE PICTURES IS A CATFISH - not once were we told this is for ‘STAR PRESTIGE MEMBERS ONLY’ Sunset champagne bar closed - again we were not told of this When we ordered a taxi back to the airport after check out, the receptionist hadn’t called it and gruntly made us pull our cases into the rain without any form of well wish Location (due to covid) everything was closed so this is an exception. Caught a bus everyday to the center. Far from a 5*. Absolutely laughable.

Pros:
The position of the hotel is practically near to the beach which is covenient. - The service at the pool was good. - The best thing was the live music. In almost each evening there were live music players which did a great job.
Cons:
Some of the persons from staff were like: don't do that, this is not allowed, etc. Some, but most of them were really fine. - In our last day there, somebody from the cleaning staff tried to enter in our room before 9:00 which I consider a bad thing - The bed creaked at every movement - The entrance doors from rooms are heavy and you cannot closed them softly therefore everytime when somebody enters/exits from his/her room, the door makes a lot of noise - The breakfast was less and less each day. Less as the diversity of products available not quantities - The water in the pool was salty and cold.

Pros:
The hotel is beautiful. From the moment you walk in the reception. My room was large and modern - everything was great. The pool is prefect, as is the poolside service. The champagne bar is great for the evening. Perfect place to escape and relax - you really don’t need to leave.

Pros:
The hotel looks like new, it is close to the beach and has a pool. Staff is usually helpful. Good COVID related protection measures, but some tourists don’t follow them.
Cons:
At checkin a man tried to sell us a better room for a higher price. We said no which made him behave impolite and gave us a poor experience. The starprestige breakfast is mostly eggs and bread, nothing low fat or vegetarian. I would not rate this hotel with 5 stars.

Pros:
We were concerned before we travelled, but didn’t need to be....from arrival all the staff were lovely, clearly well trained in hygiene measures, and the hotel was always extremely clean. The hotel itself was definitely worthy of 5 stars. We stayed in room 701 which was gorgeous, and our kids in 703 which also had a great view. For us the star prestige was worth the extra cost. Our particular thanks to Stefan and Ana, who made our days by the pool easy and were lovely. We hired a car and explored the island - would thoroughly recommend; we went to Sóller, Deià, Caló de Moro, portals....all gorgeous. Vanrell car hire were great.
Cons:
We didn’t love the area....there isn’t much you can walk to that’s either high quality or local.....it’s all pretty basic restaurants and tourist shops. Also, the covid restrictions made the buffet quite difficult...I think the hotel should consider more table service. We also asked to upgrade a meal to the a la Carte restaurant, which wasn’t allowed - this is extremely unusual in our experience.

Pros:
Great food quality-breakfast, poolbar, 2 restaurants in hotel. Very clean room. Friendly staffs!
Cons:
Noise-especially kid's walking and running noise from next room and upstairs.
