The room was sound proffered. The hallway leading to my roo. Sounded like a swarm of bees. It was so noisy but the room was quite. I never head noise from the hallway.
I had a hard time finding my room. Granted I was tired after a transatlantic flight and not as sharp as usual so I missed the camouflage elevators. Another minor item was the sloped edge of the bed side tables. Things kept falling off because the sloping edge.

The bed was good and there was no noice, so it was possible to relax between 2 flights.
I think for 240 euro which i paid for one night the rooms could have been better and it vould include breakfast. It didnt feel like I was in 5 stars hotel. I have chosen it only because it was at the airport and will not choose it again.

Have used the Munich Airport Hilton on a number of occasions as it is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable has good rooms and services and efficient staff. Breakfast and meals are excellent. However this all comes at a price and is comparatively expensive especially regarding the variations according to time of year, our last visit coincided with the Oktoberfest and was a third more expensive than our stay a week earlier.
Nothing to complain about apart from the price fluctuations.

It is one of two hotels located in the airport and clientele is often business travelers, flight crews, and pilots, but it’s also a popular layover choice for leisure travelers.
Being in the middle of an airport; Hilton Munich does not have much to offer. It is located between terminals 1 and 2 and just a short walk from both. The S-bahn train service connects the airport with Munich's main station Hauptbahnhof in forty-minutes, alternatively, it’s 30 to 40 minutes to the city center by car.
The 551 rooms at the hotel offer first-class soundproofing, spacious interiors, and a classic high-end feel. Standard upscale features include blackout curtains, well-stocked minibars, coffee and tea facilities and cable TVs with free Wi-Fi. Guests have the option of choosing from guest rooms, suites, and executive rooms.
The hotel highlight is definitely the heated indoor pool built long enough for both relaxation and laps.
