Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the spacious rooms and the variety of breakfast options, with several mentioning the comfort and apartment-like feel of the accommodations. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews citing unpleasant odors, dirty carpets, and maintenance issues. Service was inconsistent, with some staff being helpful while others were described as rude or unaccommodating. The lack of an elevator and the pool being closed or unavailable were also common complaints. Overall, while the hotel offers good room size and breakfast, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.

Mediocre
Eric, Sept 2025
Didn't really like anything about it other than the separate bedroom, but the AC did not cook the place, everything was very dated, no elevators to third floor, insufficient kitchen supplies, overpriced compared to nicer accommodations at Hyatt Place.
