Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the pool, describing it as enjoyable, clean, and well-maintained, and many also complimented the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests noting issues such as dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and poor housekeeping. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating it while others found it lacking in variety or quality. The hotel's location was mentioned as being far from the city center by some guests. Overall, while the pool and staff were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast could enhance the guest experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
