Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the cathedral and city attractions. Many appreciated the amenities like the spa and found the beds comfortable. However, several reviews noted that some rooms were small or dated, and there were mixed experiences with cleanliness and service. Issues such as maintenance, noise, and occasional problems with the bathroom or air conditioning were mentioned.
