Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to casinos and local amenities. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, as well as comfortable beds and clean rooms in certain cases. However, many guests expressed concerns about outdated facilities, cleanliness issues, and maintenance problems such as broken amenities and poor room conditions. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Safety and security were also mentioned as areas needing improvement. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, the hotel would benefit from updates and better upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews
