Pros (+) Excellent hotel overall. Fantastic staff in the executive lounge, world class.
Cons (-) Breakfast at Makan was chaotic and poorly managed. Food is good but the restaurant is completely overwhelmed for hours with poor staffing levels. Needs serious urgent attention.

Pros (+) Location was good and hotel breakfast was great as were the staff, very pleasant welcoming and very helpful. On that basis I would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) The room I had felt cold in its decoration and overlooked a train line which was noisy but infrequent. The shower took forever to heat up and I used it at max temperature and it wasn't that hot. But it was comfortable & clean, so ideal for just a night.
